Two months have already past, and I don't know where the time has gone. My little one is growing so fast, and I am enjoying every minute of it. Maddux is such a happy baby, and he brings so much joy into our lives and home. Motherhood has bestowed such a fullness to my life. I have learned so many things in these few short months. Some are as follows:
- You simply can not change every time your child spits up on you.
- Pushing a shopping cart with a car seat attached is an art. One must watch out for small children and low bins.
- Your own child's spit up, drool, and throw up really isn't that gross.
- Sleep is a luxury.
- Nursing gets much easier after the first three weeks.
- Nothing makes me happier than seeing my child happy.
- You go through onesies like hotcakes.

Makay's trick to keep Maddux from crying when he's hungry
