I was reading July edition of the Ensign the other day. I came across "Sharing the Gospel Using the Internet" by Elder M. Russell Ballard. I was intrigued by the title and read on. Needless to say, I was rebuked by the spirit. I haven't been doing much lately to share the gospel. I have been leaning on the "well, I'm kind of really busy, and how can I really share the gospel?" crutch. I continued to repeat this excuse to myself until I read the following:
"Now, may I ask that you join the conversation by participating on the internet to share the gospel and to explain in simple and clear terms the message of the Restoration. Most of you already know that if you have access to the internet you can start a blog in minutes and begin sharing what you know to be true..."
Yeah. I know. I was thinking the same thing. I have a blog, and I'm not using it as a venue for sharing the Gospel that I love and hold dear to my heart. I apologize for the disservice I have done to my fellow bloggers and also to my Heavenly Father.
So, as my first act as a 'Member Missionary: Blog Style' I am going to post my testimony as a new Page Element on the right side of my blog. I will continue to ponder ideas of how to share the gospel via my blog. Please, leave your suggestions!

You rock Alli....if I wasn't already a member I'd volunteer for baptism right now.....I need to move into the 21st century myself and start using blogs etc a bit more....
