Embarrassing!

Wow. I don't have a lot of time, but this has to be posted.

I am at work right now. BYU-Idaho. There are a lot of important people here.

Let me take you back to a time when I was taking Psychology 111. My teacher was Brother Clay. He was completely bald and really skinny, but a nice looking man. He was about in his... 40's?

Well, at the beginning of the semester, he told everybody that NO ONE would get an A in his class. Statistics show that this is just not probable. From then on out I was determined. I was going to get an A. Well, I studied my little tooshy off and I got an A-.

Well, today, while I was working, he came into our office. I was kind of excited because I wanted to tell him that I got an A- in his class. Well, as he passed I said, "Hey, are you Brother Clay?" He turned around. Huh, I'm an idiot. It wasn't my old teacher. It was Henry Eyring!!! Now, it wasn't Henry B., but it was his son. He is an employee up here. Basically, my heart fell into my stomach, and I've felt like an idiot ever sense. I want to tell him that I really am a faithful church member even though I didn't recognize him. (Even though he is a splitting image if his father. HENRY B. EYRING!) He is in the next room right now in a meeting. Should I say something when he comes out, or should I just play dumb?

I don't think I'll say anything... ughhh... what a day...

Live. Laugh. Learn. (I guess...)

Montage

I had to create a montage for my visual media class. Here it is! I love photoshop!

"Kid Date"

Date Night

Makay and I decided to have a "kid date." It was basically one of the best dates EVER! I highly recommend it.

First we decided to make our own pizzas!

Then we decided to paint pictures! Ok, I know it sounds lame, but it was seriously so much fun!

I don't know why I look so weird in this picture. Just laugh.

These are our final masterpieces. Aren't they beautiful! They are still hanging on our fridge!

The SIZ reunite!

Uniting of the SIZ

Finally. We got together. Kristin McFarland, Ashlyn Rockower and Shelly Nuffer. These are the girls that led and taught me throughout high school. I owe so much to them for the examples they set and the friendships they gave. It was fun to sit back and look down memory lane; however, it was also fun to talk about what lies ahead.

As I have I have pondered on who I am, what got me here, and where I am headed, I realize that the Lord truly uses regular people as instruments in His hands. We are each others angels down here, and we are serving Him.

These girls, specifically, have been my angels. They have let me cry on their shoulders, and they have made me laugh so hard that my stomach hurt and my eyes were watery.

Thank you for your examples. Thank you for for being the best friends a girl could have had in high school. Thank you for being you...

Lacie

Well, I've told many of you how talented my sister-in-law, Lacie, is at painting. Well, any kind of art actually. This is my FAVORITE painting of hers. My pictures, obviously, don't do her justice. I just thought I share.

First Snow Fall

Well this was the first snow fall of the season. It actually occurred a few weeks ago. I know. Unfortunate.

Why do I live here again? Oh yeah, that education thing. Huh...

Happy Birthday, Kylie!

Happy Birthday, Kylie!
This post is really late considering her birthday was on October 1. Oh well. Isn't she so cute!?

Life is Good

For my Mass Media class I had to make a movie. So here it is! It's about three minutes long. The main character is my brother-in-law, Colter, who is now on a mission in Albania! Woo-hoo! Go Colter! I know he can't read that, but it's the thought that counts, right? Anyway, the funny looking man in the geeky glasses is my silly husband, and the cute girl is my sister-in-law, Kinley. Thanks family for helping me!

PS: I know the music is a little off at the end... sorry!
